A prominent middle class family in Uruguay in the first half of the 20th. Century. Among them were politicians (a senator and a confressman), high rank military officer, grandparents, sisters with their husbands and children, in a typical dwelling (with a patio) in Montevideo.That child, who decades ago played among them has been a witness of the dismemberment of his family; today he lives practically confined to his house and spends most of his time in his bedroom beside the things and objects that refuse to die.
